Futsal Scotland is Scotlands premier resource for futsal activity; with experience of event management, sport development, and international partnerships.

Our staff hold internationally recognised qualifications, and have vast experience in the game.

Most importantly we have a clear vision and passion for the development of players of all ages and a commitment to improving opportunities for participation and social inclusion, and provision of technical game related activities for high level performers.

Fundamental to the success of Futsal Scotland is our in-depth understanding of the sport of Futsal. We understand the sport as a game with its own merits and can develop Futsal players for the highest level of competition.

We are also all well-qualified football coaches and importantly understand the relationship between Futsal and football and where transferable skills can be developed.

Event Management

Our experience includes:

• Staff are founder members of the Scottish Futsal League and are currently involved in Management of SFL National and regional leagues as volunteers for the Scottish Amateur FA
• FIFA approved Match agent
• UEFA Tournament Director – UEFA Futsal Cup
• Combined experience of 60 years of event management
• Worldwide experience – including Canada, USA, Gambia, Mongolia, Europe

 

Player Development

• Futsal Scotland offers clinics for technical and tactical support (all of our coaches have completed SFA Level 1 or Level 2 Futsal Courses, and our player pathway is based on this structure)
• We offer team training sessions for Clubs of all levels
• Individual Specialist training (Pivot/GK)
• Workshops

 

Consultancy

• Our staff have provided technical and management consultancy for a number of years
• Global (Africa/Middle East/USA/China/Europe)
• CPD – Colleges, Schools and Universities

 

Futsal Scotland have an international network of highly qualified and experienced partner coaches, access to professional facilities both home and abroad and our technical staff are highly regarded as “industry experts”.
